Isaias declared አይከሰርናን three years ago , what about now?

After Isaias's heroic welcome to Addis three years ago, the intoxicated Isaias declared "አይከሰርናን". After loosing tens of thousands of Eritreans in his adventures war in Tigray and now finally sidelined by Abiy, did he still maintain his "አይከሰርናን" declaration ?
