I am absolutely astounded by the decision to release the Woyane criminal gangs from prison. Many inside the country and in the Diaspora will see it as an outright act of treachery. Magnanimity in victory? What victory?! This act of sheer folly will have devastating consequences.

Forgiveness is a virtue? I don’t think you know the meaning of both forgiveness and virtue. Forgiveness is not denying justice. Even God the father forgiveness forgave King David, but punished him for most of the things David did. A criminal must first be punished to be forgiven

A bad decision & timing that threw a grenade amidst the Unity of Ethiopians. People feel betrayed by PM Abiy's govt & support should not be taken for granted. No compelling reason & a flawed process to release the arch TPLF genociders. Peace can’t be sustained without justice.

Convince & Confuse strategy of the OPDO

The only difference this time is they fooled and betrayed Eritreans too who did their best to save Ethiopia.

Ethiopia has no government. The ENDF is not the Ethiopian Army. ENDF does not stand with Amhara. Abiy does not stand with Amhara. Ethiopia is name only.

Wedi,

Don't believe these three individuals you mentioned below. As I told you several weeks ago, the deal was made and they knew the contents of the deal. One of the contents of the deal is the creation of a coalition government which includes TPLF, OLF/OLA and any opposition willing to participate. As such, G7 people want to participate as opposition in the coalition government and they are trying to position themselves as opposition to the Maom Killo.

These G7 individuals are merchents of death and anti-amhara who participated in the fake drama of liberating Amhara land with the leadership of Abiy few weeks ago. They knew there was no fighting when woyane retreated from Debrebirhan but they were providing cover for the Abiy drama. These individuals want to keep milking the diaspora and now pretending to be surprised by the release of Sibhat Nega. They also know Wolkait is surrendered to Tigray in the deal and they will pretend to be surprised again when Amhara is driven out of Wolkait in the next few days if not already done. They are fakers, whatever they say now is a plot to continue their influence and profit from the chaos that will follow. Let alone them, even Shabia agreed and accepted the deal in hopes of saving itself from American punishment.

Btw, each of the 7 preconditions woyane put forward before negotiations are accepted by Abiy. They are being delivered one by one. So don't be surprised when the telecom and banking services are restored in the coming days and weeks.

What they say is 100% right. Their sin has been writing him a blank check for three years that gave him the gall to free a serial killer in the daylight. Abiy's Ethiopia flute song was meant to lure Ethiopian into his trap and inherit weyane's mantle without resistance and insure his Oromuma politics dominate in perpetuity. For any sain observer it was obvious that his Ethiopian praise and his buddies vitriol on Ethiopia, and their ethnic cleansing in Oromia kind of go hand in hand, and the same people were defending him in every opportunity they got, without seeing any contradiction. But It is still better late than never. Most people thought that the support he got from Ethiopians in the war against Ethiopia would give him a morale boost and assert his righteousness but in the contrary the galvanized Ethiopians who rose to defend Ethiopia from within and without scared him shitless. What he started as a lure to take the cow into the slaughterhouse turned into a monster. So his shortcut ran to weyanes was in a way an attempt to arrest the Ethiopian Nationalism. What he has not understood is now he can not arrest it cause the Gini is out of the bottle. Resistance is futile. Now the Ethiopian nationalism is recemented with blood and bone of Ethiopian heroes, his sophomoric cockiness has run its course. unsurprisingly the only state that supported it in its official capacity is shimils's Oromia, DA. One has to wait and see if the weyanes going to rescue him with a flower or with a dagger. I wouldn't count on the former but the latter is a sure thing.

The hate for G7 that can sustain itself over many many generations of nicks, it is very deep rooted, for what ever reason.

Patriotic Ethiopians will eventually reconcile their differences and refocus their energy to where it matters most, based on the interest of the nation.

Hate-mongering lives on the way it has been all along, because that is its oxygen.
