120 out of 140 (86%) banks have started providing services & the remaining 20 will start in few weeks"

Amhara Region has not returned 30 year behind as some were alleging if the basic public infrastructures / services have returned 100% in 4 weeks.
On the other hand, no food aid, medical supplies & cash has entered Tigray since 14 December. No fuel has entered Tigray since August 2021 - No banking service or electricity in Tigray.
