Ascari slaves have been under the heavy yoke of a Tigrayan ruler Isaias Afeworki for the last 30 years similar to Ras Alula who ruled their ancestors about a century ago. I also know that ascari slaves burn and fume inside, whenever they remember that Isaias and Ras Alula are Tigrayans.
