wil be active all over Tigray. That is total defeat, unless off course, there is some kind of agreement between Abbiy and TPLF. That is doubtful. But, you never know. To me, this is how I see it. TPLF is running out of falling bodies. It needs to recruit more. The problem with that is, Abbiy will have plenty time to train unlimited number of youth to the military. Abbiy will never run out of bodies. TPLF will have less willing Tigrayan youth to join its military flank. A Tigrayan youth is very vulnerable to untimely horrible death if he or she joins TPLF now . If I were Abbiy, I would extend a helping hand to the people of Tigray. Isolate TPLF from its roots, the people of Tigray.
