Afar state and the right to self determination under international law

Post by AbyssiniaLady » 27 Nov 2021, 13:29

Dankalia is a territory that is under alien domination.

Under international law, minority ethnic groups that qualify as “peoples” have the right to self-determination, the ability to freely determine their political fate and form a representative government, Self determination is a core principle of international law, It is protected in the United Nations Charter and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights as a right of all peoples..

Afars have a right to statehood, they have gained nothing economically by being in Eritrea.
