I hardly buy what you said. Because, I believe, they don't think the others are inferior. It's rather their own inferiority complex. They call other by names because of their own deep-rooted inferiority.

• Tigrayans have always felt inferior towards Eritreans,Amhara,Oromos ....and Gurages until they were helped to take power in Addis and given the chance to rule Ethiopia. Then they came to the belief that they were really inferior when compared to Eritreans ( language,culture,civilised behaviour ...) but superior to Ethiopians. From there they developed their supremacist story of " The Golden People " and their God-given right to be the rulers of Ethiopia. If you only represent 5% of the population and get 100% of the power for almost 30 years without a serious challenge then the temptation is there for you to feel superior. Just like the British felt towards the '' natives '' in India.
