No, he didn't say the blockade is deliberate; you are twisting the truth as you always do. What he said was, the terrorist TPLF has made it utterly impossible for aid workers to provide aids to the needy in Tigray. Ethiopians do not want to see Tigrayan Ethiopians die of starvation, but you TPLF cadres do. That is what he meant, STUPID!
