If defending a country may necessitate bombing of a place, then be that as it may

Ethiopia should be defended, for this its enemy should be decimated, and for the country to prevail. Prevailing may also necessitate incapacitating the source of the danger and its enablers.

If your village may get bombed to ensure the total decimation of the enemy of the nation, then your first choice of action should be in keeping yourself from the influence of the enemy and its associates.

This is a very simple logic, other issues come after that. I don't think anybody will wait for what the so called international courts will say to defend one's country. The primordial enemy of Ethiopia's national security and its sovereignty is the TPLF, eliminating this enemy should be the ultimate goal of the so called existential campaign or war. The entity and its enablers are legitimate target of the military campaign of the state, including bombing.
