No decisive action is being taken against TPLF by Abiye administration.He and the half agame vice PM want TPLF to remain minus few of the leaders who want them deposed since Bilsigna party is inherently uncomfortable leaving Amharas without some sort of restraining mechanism.what is now called ‘western tigrai’ will be handed over to the new Tigrai administration which will be led by EX TPLF founder Aregawi berhe.
At the moment the Ethiopian defence force main task is to stop TPLF army marching to AA and capture its leaders.in fact ,without the Amhara liyu force ,Abiye is a sitting duck.
Just imagine Amharas opening the corridor to TPLF instead of fighting them off.Abiy’s party fear of stronger Amhara is making this war with TPLF protracted.
