(1) Reconcilation of TPLF and PP and re-integration of TPLF in the government.

TPLF has to immediately control the military and security of Ethiopia and free it from the influence of Egypt, Isaias and their foot soldiers. Once that is done a meaningful negotiation with Abiy government could be done. Knowing the fact that : TPLF + PP = EPRDF, it easy is for TPLF to reintegrate itself and further remodel and transform it. Abiy has to remain in power ( while remaining accountable to all crimes committed over the last three years over the Ethiopian and Tigray people) as far as he is willing to be part of the change process.Abiy is elected by the people of Ethiopia and TPLF has to respect that and he should not be pronounced as criminal until his case is investigated and verdict is given by the concerned UN body after due process.

(2) Reconcilation among other warring parties and political parties . Deny Egypt foot hold to destabilize Ethiopia.

The Ethiopian government ( after re-integration of TPLF) to create various forums for the involvement of other warring parties and political parties for participation in the change process, reconcilation and peace. Give special emphasis to Amhara and Oromia as risks of civil war are imminent.Immediate negotiation with OLA and Amhara forces and addressing their request is key to deny Egypt any foot hold to further destabilize Ethiopia

( 3) The Eritrea issue

March to Eritrea and remove Isaias from power and arrest him and bring him to justice for all crimes he committed on the Tigray and the Eritrea people. Facilitate for the establishment of a democratic government in Eritrea. Eritrea could be with out government for some time but TDF affiliated Eritrean forces have to take responsibility to maintain law and order. Beware of Egypt could try to install it's own puppet government.The Eritrean people want to be economically, culturally and historically to be integrated with Ethiopia while maintaining their soveriginity. Same is also true for Tigrayans/ Ethiopians. Hence, there should be a liberalized border , trade and job market between the two countries with the citizens of the two nations benefit in equitable manner and Ethiopia using the ports of Eritrea.

(4) Negotiate with Egypt but prepare for war

Egypt has been behind the instabilities Ethiopia faced over the last decade and knowing that it's efforts to get a " zero sum agreement on water share" is foiled, it could start an immediate war using Sudan or directly against Ethiopia. Hence, the new government has to be ready.
As Egypt wants more dams to be build in Ethiopia to use it as water reservoir, agree a commercial agreement with Egypt and Sudan that allows both countries to jointly build more dams on the Abay gorge and buy water from Ethiopia ( after using their equitable share).

(5) Move the seat of the Federal Government from Addis Ababa to Mekelle immediately and move it to Axum within one one year.

(a) 30 years ago TPLF/EPRDF decided to govern Ethiopia from Addis Ababa Minilik palace. That decision separated TPLF from it's home base Tigray, marginalized Tigray from development and we all remember how that worked against TPLF during the Oromia riots. The physical separation of TPLF from it's home base also made TPLF weak since it was not replenishing the energy it needed from the Tigray people. TPLF can only survive within the Tigray people. All federal government head offices ( including Abiy PM office, Military and Security ) have to immediately move to Tigray, Mekelle and their branch offices remaining in Addis Ababa

(b) Ethiopian Airlines has to also build a 2nd hub in Axum within the next 5 years. Ethiopian Airforce has to also headquartered in Tigray and has to build it's biggest base in Tigray while expanding it's bases to other regional bases

( c) Within the next 10 years build the best " green pan- African city" around Axum that will evolve to be the center of politics, economy, social, cultural, religious and technology innovation within the coming 20 to 30 years.
A lot of Ethiopians share the heritage of Axum that was the center of the Horn Africa and one of the four global powers of it's time and are expected to support it's resurrection. Mekelle shall be built as the best black made commercial city while Axum shall be the political center of Horn Africa/ Africa. Oromos has to takeover Addis Ababa and develop it as per their own vision and plan.

(6) Corruption

Create zero tolerance system and culture against corruption.

The enemy of the third world countries is corrupted thinking and corrupted practices(corruption) which could be summed up as "corrupted life style". Poverty is the product of corrupted life style. Corruption is not only stealing money it includes all sort of wrong thinking and wrong practice that negatively affects our day today life and the future at individual, family and society label. Ethiopia need to have a holistic strategy to transform it from "corrupted life style " to " zero tolerance system to corrupted life style/culture "

(7) Democracy

Refine the existing constitution with respect to respecting individual rights.
Implement democracy and give Federal states the autonomy they need to effectively manage their affairs.
Those states that require to exercise Article 39 allow them to exercise but encourage and facilitate to be confederated with Ethiopia.

(8) Land

Allow farmers to own their land, sell it or rent it out. The government could own strategic land( not already occupied by farmers) that could be used for strategic investments ( mega irrigated farming) for investors or land for plantation of trees for environmental control and for forestry

I believe if the above actions are taken by TPLF, Ethiopia will be saved from disintegration and it's future will be bright!

Abiy could have saved his power if he declared peace with TPLF the latest after the defeat of his army in Tigray. However, he continued with the arrest and persucation of Tigrayans in Ethiopia and blocked aid from entering Tigray and children's are dieing at this time. It looks Abiy has repeatedly destroyed any bridge that could help him to reconcile with TPLF and his fate will be decided only by God!

Abiy is a criminal and a traitor. He should be brought to justice. Mengistu should face justice because we promote ethnic cleansing if fascists like Mengistu are not brought to justice. Eritrea should have a Tigray friendly government. Leaving Eritrea without a government is wrong. Make Eritrea part of Tigray. Please stop diciding Eritrea and Tigray as 2 differenct communities. Eritrea was a district of Tigray and should remain part of Tigray. Reverse the independence of Eritrea Ethiopia should take south Red Sea as per Wuchale Treaty. To challenge and control Egypt ( or make it a quasi colony of Ethiopia), Ethiopia should has it's own coast along the Red Sea for Ethiopia has been part of The Red Sea for millennia.

Stop this fantasy Whether you like it or not, Tigray will always be part of Ethiopia. Addis will always be the center of the government of Ethiopia. The Oromos and Amharas will always dominate Ethiopian politics. Eritrea will always be a sovereign country. Now, the best you can get out of Abbiy is to let you surrender without losing your mask. Abby knows really well that TPLF can not sustain the present situation for a long time. He can not sustain it either. Eritrea needs a change of government. That is given. But, that does not mean compromising its sovereignty either. The people of Eritrea has never been given a voice in their own government. What kind of relationship do the Eritrean people want, no body knows. That will be decided in the future. Not by a single man or partt should that be done. We respect Ethiopian sovereignty. We expect Ethiopia to do the same. Now, your biggest problem is Welqait. You are in deep shi---t on that one.
