Currently it is a tie between Amhara and Oromo both have 7 Cabinet Members after them comes Tigray with 2 cabinet members then Silti Gurage Somali and Afar all with each 1 cabinet member. Out of 22 cabinet members no tribe dominates as majority every group is a minority

I am of the opinion Ethiopia is best served better by combination of meritocracy and democracy.The abiy administration must focus on attracting educated and able citizens rather than relying on smooth talking but unqualified individuals from ethnic killils.
