HMs twin is the man in his 70s, badly color coordinated, dances to his own tunes and wears to his own weather! Enthusiastic as hell at the war condition that he has found himself in and keeps using his walking stick to point towards nakfa everytime the music turns a high pitch.

Can you point to the second at which this character starts to appear?
