Republic of Tigray athletes bring Tigray glory after winning the 47th Berlin marathon
Gotytom Gebreslase won the women's race on her debut over the distance, the 26-year-old clocking 2:20:09 to lead home a Tigrayan sweep of the podium places.Her compatriots Hiwot Gebrikidan finished second.
