They were those who rushed to "support the government" at the initial stage of the formation of the same and then also used the same pace to turn themselves to its ardent critique.
Why rush in both directions? Those who decided to wait and see how the then new government may evolve didn't follow the same route and the same speed. Look for example at this guy.
He rushed home after the "change" and appeared on TV interviews instantly (supporting the new government) and hoped, presumably, to be given a position in the then new government, like Jawar Mohammed. Now he is one of the most feverish critique of the same government, in the same way of the likes of Shelaka Dawit Woldegiorigis and many more like minded cohorts.
All in all they lack, I think, one basic human quality, putting the interest of the whole before that of one's own, i. e., they are selfish.
