It doesn't matter to me if you are a real Somali or other, the question of surging Ethiopian unity and nationalism is not an hypothetical point. It is a factual matter. You see it, you can hear it, you can experience it empirically. And, this hard fact stands on centuries of historical reality; that is, Ethiopia's eternal independence as a people and nation. There is a reason why Ethiopians are a never-colonized free and proud people in this imperial and colonial infested world. Consider what Mr. Guterres said yesterday. He made an historical error. He shouldn't have entered the old colonial insult and underestimation of African people. It is the same old colonial logic of calling African savage, ignorant, incapable of solving their problems etc. Why is some one who is not an African, an Ethiopian telling us how to live or how to solve our problem? This is the essence of racism and colonialism imposing its will on us. The fact of the matter is that this sort colonial logic never worked with Ethiopians and it will not work today. The TPLF Trojan Horses of modern day colonialism tried to attack that Ethiopian singular mark of their people hood, their freedom and here is the result - a mighty uprising of Ethiopianism to crush it. This is why Ethiopia is going to simply ignore all of the current drama and carry on.
