Why is Abiy claiming TPLF started the Ethio-Eritrea war in 1998?

Abiy is simply following the version of Isaias, his current boss. As a radio-communication soldier during the war Abiy knows very well that it was Isaias who started the war and that was established by the UN after due investigation.
