Both of Abiy and Engineer Hailu Shawul were puppets of the archaic ethio nationalist elities and both were given the assignment of reestablishing the Minilik Ethiopia on the burial ground of TPLF. In the case of Abiy he is also under the control of Isaias. Rationally speaking, Engineer Shawul could have decided to resolve post 2005 election misunderstanding with EPRDF and join the parament but he was restrained from doing so by his sponsors who were determined to remove TPLF/EPRDF by hook or crook and the democratization process was aborted and he and his comrades were jailed for two years. Same is happening to Abiy at this time and while Abiy could resolve his misunderstanding with TPLF, he is restrained by his sponsors not to do so and Ethiopia is facing disintegration with huge human, economic and diplomatic loss.
