Yes, it means their coward Junta isn’t doing well and there is big news coming in the next 24 hours 
They both seems to know when a huge news of their junta defeat is about to be announced.
My guess is; ENDF will capture Shire in the next few days. Hope Almaz and Ayet Adgi be around to share the news with us lol
