My commonsense tells me that belongs to TPLF NOT to the incumbent Amhara regime in Ethiopia (PP)
The list led video tells TDF got depots of war armaments. But from commonsense, I can gues TDF decided to disclose and utilize what TPLF hide when leading the TPLF dominated regime. Therefore, the idea of PP, ie, the incumbent Amhara regime in Ethiopia left it and run away may not hold water for several reason.
