What is typical of a Terrorist? A Terrorist can be everywhere; is also no where. Look Terrorist TPLF, it says it is in Qobo, but it is no where in Qobo. Thus, TPLF terrorist could be in Addis Ababa, but no where to find it in Addis Ababa. It said controlled Lalibela, but is no where in Lalibela; or it said controlled Debarq, but no where in Debarq. That is how terrorists are defined. The reason why we read post after post TPLF controlled this dusty rural town or that dusty rural town is due to this common behavior of terrorists.
