This is absolutely a sheer lie.

I tell you:

The sophisticated turkish drones are not available in supermarkets in Istanbul or Ankara so that you walk in and tell the supermarket or grocery owner that you want to order let's say 20 or 30 of them. It ain't that easy my friend. It doesn't work that way.

Yes I read, ethiopia is interested to buy some of the Turkish sophisticated drones but it has to wait. Many countries such as ukraine, poland, slovakia and some arab countries such as morocco and tunisia have put their orders but they are put on waiting list. Besides, turkey has officially denied that it has sold drones to ethiopia.
