Common sense says, no one will. The tragedy about this conflict is that each side is going be a winner on a week or so, and loser on another week or so. It is no longer a guerilla war. If TPLF starts to lose, all it had to do is engage in guerilla warfare again. Many powerful governments have lost to guerilla fighters in the past. It is gradual madness. As the maffias would resolve their problems in what they call it a sit is nothing but a negotiation table. Abbiy does not even have to schedule a sit in. Go to parliament and resolve the conflicts using the constitution without any interference to the procedures.
