TDF and allied forces should form a government and represent Ethiopia. Practically the security of Ethiopians can only be guaranteed by TDF and allied forces. It is logical that Ethiopians start paying taxes to TDF and allied forces.
TDF and allied forces should start development projects in the liberated areas. Hospitals, schools and other infrastructure should be running. TDFand allied forces should practically act as the legitimate government of Ethiopia.

Doesn't the tplf currently receiving generous payments both in kind and cash from the Ethiopian Defense forces and all the other military and militia forces,including from the neighboring Amhara region who are strongly supported by all the Ethiopian population all over the country?
