It is not “ጭቃራ”, it is ጭልቃራ, in Gonder the name driven from the outskirt of Abiy Adi city called ጭልቃራ used to be a farming field but now it is part of Abiy Adi city. Amhara as usual twisting words from Tigrigna to meaningless words to fool people. Amhara the real Leba specially the dwarf Gondere???

The first settlers and named the region are from Tembien Abiy Adi people to name their region chilqara. Most Tigrayans named their new region where they came from. The names of western Tigray that the north Gonder are all villages of Tigray regions across Tigray woredas. Leba dwarf Azmari Gondere is altering words to fool the world but you cannot.
