WFP is still busy transporting and distributing aid, so many trucks are being deployed, as you can see in the second video below. But for whom?

Where are all these weapons are coming from for all those who are sent to the training camps? Are the trucks of the WFP loading just aid for the needy people or also are part of the war logistics of the TPLF junta?
