Post by ittuabafarda » 24 Jul 2021, 01:35

Hi y'all!!!

Since the Summer Olympics officially started today, I want all of you to drop all politics and get into cheering on our gallant sons and daughters in various athletics they will be competing. Here are some of the dates of some of the competitions that they had made us all proud in past Olympics.

July 30, 2021 - Men's 10,000 Final
August 2, 2021 - Women's 5,000 Final
August 6, 2021 - Men's 5,000 Final
August 7, 2021 - Women's 10,000 Final
August 7, 2021 - Women's Marathon
August 8, 2021 - Men's Marathon

There are competitions like the 800 and 1,500 meters our children may excel and I wish them all the best.
Check your local listings for times and channels.

Let's stand behind them 100 percent!!!

Hi y'all!

Don't forget this. Mark your calendar now!!!! The first much anticipated participation by our gallant sons is in the 10,000 meters final on this coming Friday July 30, 2021 at 20:30 Tokyo time. There is about a 14 hour time difference. I hope NBC or USA networks will broadcast the run live.

Don't forget to mark your calendar. Athletics competition will begin just a day from today. Our African athletes have already hauled away some medals including swimming gold medal by our Tunisian brother.

I just discovered that there are also athletes from the old country who have some of the best times in other short distance competitions. I saw on athlete with the best time in the men's 3,000 steeplechase. There are also both men and women athletes who have very competitive times in the 800 and 1,500 meters runs. This is going to be very interesting and exciting.

The first glittering and most expensive olympics hardware is in the bag! All glory to Our son Selemon bin Barega! Wow, it was a fight to the finish but our son told the two Ugandan gallant fighters ‘not today! This is my house!!!’

I was also pleasantly surprised by the results by our two daughters in the 800 Heat. Let’s all cheer them up in spirit. I’m good now! I’m good for a week!!!

Did anyone of notice this gallant patriot leaving everyone in the dustbin this morning? The two Ugandans put the gear on him. They went for the 4th and he went for the 5th then they went for the 6th followed by the 10th. That was when he went all the way to the ultimate one. I was joined by his late grand uncles Abebe, Mamo and his big brothers Haile and Bekele yelling and screaming at him with 'go get'em tiger! Get'em! Get'em!! Get'em tiger!' He then turned into a Ford GT40 from 1965, 2005 and 2020 rolled into one, man! Who will catch the GT40 on a straight line thoroughfare? This patriot is still 21 years old and by the next Olympics he will be an invincible 25 years old with GT40 legs. Ok bigots and haters of the old country! Eat your crow!!!!

If I were anyone of the other competitors the next thing I want to do would be finding and hiring the best layer from Brooklyn speakeasies. I want to sue Selemon bin Barega for devastating emotional depression he inflicted upon me by making me look so bad. What he did to me is beyond fair. He made me feel that I will never be the same. I would be filing charges of psychological torture and ask Japanese police and the FBI to arrest him. Then give his gold medal to me!!! I know everyone of you will cover my legal fees.

Don't forget to watch women's 5,000 meters final tomorrow during morning hours. Three of our daughters are in the final. All three of have some of the world's fastest records. Check for your local listings. The time difference could be 13, 12, 11 and 10 hours with CONUS local time. Let's cheer them on!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by our two daughters Freweyni and Lemlem in 1,500 heat run. Freweyni may have an easier time than Lemlem during the semifinal on August 4 but Lemlem will be facing one of the world's best, Sifan. For me if one of these three wins the final it is going to be added to my medal count of the old country. Yes Sifan will be a Dutch winner but she is Ethiopian, that gem of the colored(ok bigots, go and jump in the lake and don't come up!) thru and thru.

Our two more daughters are in the 3.000 meters steeplechase that will be held on August 4 also. Watch Mekides and Zerfe will be going after the hardware. Their strong competition comes from USA's Courtney and off course the Kenyans. Check your local listings for times. Let's go!!!!

More medals were added to the haul of the old country. 1 silver in the men's 3,000 meters steeple chase and Lamecha lost the gold to the fellow African from Morocco by less than 2 seconds. There were also 2 medals added to the hardware count by our gallant sons and daughters. Gold and Bronze in the women's 5,000 meters final where Sifan won the gold and Gudaf the bronze. I don't want hear anyone of you bigots saying Dutch this and Dutch that. That is part of the stolen national treasure. Period!!!!
