Addis Ababa administration to build its own office buildings to save over 1 Billion Birr annual rent
Government institutions are still paying billions of Birr annually to private real estate companies instead of building their own offices. That is crazy. Some kind of corruption may slow down government institutions from building their own offices. Those who work with the private housing companies should be exposed and brought to justice!
