Issayas and Abiy plotted a new plan how to access to the youth refugees in Tigray to replenish his depleted soldiers in Tigray. The plan is Abiy to issue city resident ID card for all refugees who are in Tigray to move to Addis Ababa and then round them up and dump them in Sawa military training camp to protect the evil criminals in Hamassien Awraja. This news came directly from the high ranking nationalist Eritrean securities in Addis Ababa and they are asking to tell all refugees to stay in Tigray and spread the message all refugees to know the plotted plan by Issayas to control them.
