Translations:
“For all Tigrayans who live in Welkait Tsegede.
The massacre you conducted on Amharas in Mai-kadra is a joy for you, but a sad and heartbreaking thing for us. We will not sleep until we take revenge because blood cannot be cleansed without blood. Any Tigrayan who does not want to be killed must evacuate without anything within two weeks from now. On those who do not leave, we will take revenge.
