1) Yes, African are taken by surprise how peacefully carried out
2) Yes, both Africans and countries around the world are taken by surprise
3) Yes, it has become a nail bitter for the West and EU not to send election observes
4) No, the election did not include OLF & TPLF even if they are terrorists
5) No, it is disappointing to the West because they did not participate in it like they did their blessings tom TPLF's (Note Susan Rice)
