May be it is their very low IQ or may be they had suffered so much misery for thousands of years, Agames will take whatever punishment and humiliation and still beg you to give them more. What happened to them in the first 3 weeks of the war was the most devastating defeat anyone suffered in history. They lost everything. Then came the demise of their leaders like Syum Mesfin, the humiliating parading of men like Sibhat Nega, tha harrowing pictures of Getachew and Tsadqan, the death of tens of thousands of their rag-tag militia. But the Agames still insisted that Abiy give them more.
