Sudan Says it Is Open to Conditional Interim Deal on Ethiopia Dam

Sudan is open to a partial interim agreement on Ethiopia's multi-billion-dollar dam on the Blue Nile, with specific conditions, Irrigation Minister Yasir Abbas said on Monday.

While Ethiopia is pinning its hopes of economic development and power generation on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD), Egypt fears it will imperil its water supply and Sudan is concerned about the impact on its own water flows.

Sudan and Egypt agreed last week to coordinate efforts to push Ethiopia to negotiate “seriously” on an agreement on filling and operating the GERD.

Cairo and Khartoum had been aligned on the need for any agreement to be comprehensive, but Abbas's comments mark a potential shift in Sudan's position.
Conditions include the signing-off of everything that has already been agreed on in negotiations, ... provisions to ensure that the talks continue even after the filling scheduled for July, and the negotiations adhering to a definite timetable,
Abbas told a news conference, citing a time crunch.

Ethiopia has said it will begin a second filling of the reservoir behind the dam during the rainy season this summer.

Talks overseen by the African Union, aimed at reaching a binding agreement, have repeatedly stalled.

The Globalist Forces Led By The American Regime Are Lying About The Tigray Conflict

President Isaias Afwerki and Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed have become some of the top enemies of the globalist system and they will try to punish Ethiopia and Eritrea.

The globalist forces led by the American regime and the media puppets have been targeting the nations of Ethiopia and Eritrea with a vengeance lately over the Tigray conflict and it is one of the most obvious globalist hitjobs ever launched.

One of the most prominent globalists in the world, the head of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom is a member of the Tigray People’s Liberation Front.

The TPLF had previously ruled Ethiopia and led the country to war against neighboring Eritrea over the Eritrean town of Badme and the brutal war led to hundreds of thousands of civilians dead and a humanitarian catastrophe. The International Court of Arbitration would declare that Badme was Eritrean and for over a decade and a half the TPLF led Ethiopian government didn’t recognize the ruling and Addis Ababa and Asmara were in a frozen conflict.

During the famine under the communist military dictatorship the DERG, it shocked a lot of people in the West, understandably so, as the famine killed over a million people, and it was a humanitarian catastrophe in every sense of the word. A lot of people in the West understandably wanted to help Ethiopia after what had happened but the TPLF, who came to power in Ethiopia after the demise of the DERG, they just ensured that our taxpayer dollars were used to advance the luxury lifestyle of the TPLF elites.

During the Covid-19 pandemic a lot of attention has been put on Tedros Adhanom for his role in covering up the truth about the virus. Coverups of disease outbreaks is something Ethiopians were first to see with Tedros as when he was Health Minister he covered up cholera outbreaks in Ethiopia. Even the New York Times reported https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/13/heal ... reaks.html on how at the time
WHO officials have complained privately that Ethiopian officials are not telling the truth about these outbreaks. Testing for Vibrio cholerae bacteria, which cause cholera, is simple and takes less than two days…. United Nations officials said more aid could have been delivered to Ethiopia had the truth been told.
In 2018 though after a popular revolt, Abiy Ahmed came to power as Ethiopia’s Prime Minister and had relegated the TPLF to the fringes in Ethiopian politics and as well, the Prime Minister freed political prisoners, reformed the economy in areas where it was needed, and began in many parts of Ethiopia turning away from the deeply ethnic politics of the country. He merged most of the ethnic political factions into one party, the Prosperity Party.

About 3 months into Abiy’s tenure as Prime Minister, a historic peace agreement was reached between Ethiopia and Eritrea that normalized diplomatic relations, re-opened communications on both sides, opened the borders, and forged political, economic, social, cultural and security cooperation. No matter how one views Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and President Isaias Afwerki, the peace deal was a huge advancement for the regional security in the very volatile Horn of Africa region. The TPLF though with a chief globalist among the highest levels in the party, did not like the peace deal whatsoever, as the TPLF desperately needed for Eritrea to be an enemy and for people to be scared of Eritrea in order to keep popular support among the people.

For the next two years the TPLF really started to defy Ethiopian laws left right and center and escalated tensions between the TPLF and the Ethiopian government.

Due to the health crisis, elections that had been planned across Ethiopia in 2020 were delayed, but the TPLF held sham elections on September 9th, 2020, and won a totally genuine 98.2%, all 152 seats, and had a totally not fabricated 97% turnout. All jokes aside, the TPLF staged a completely phony election to try to show they had some sort of legitimacy in the region.

On November 4th, the TPLF launched an attack on the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) Northern command and they took responsibility for it also, so this isn’t even a scenario of a heavy handed Ethiopian government harshly cracking down before anything happens.

About 10 days later the TPLF, with the goal of internationalizing the conflict, and attacking a country who’s leader has been a thorn in the side of the globalists, they launched missiles https://eritreahub.org/missiles-hit-eri ... ck-eritrea at Eritrea’s capital Asmara hitting the airport, and causing a blackout.

A common allegation by the American regime especially against the Eritrean forces in Ethiopia is the use of rape as a weapon of war and trying to cover up the evidence. The Ethiopian government of course has made clear that any atrocities in Tigray will be fully prosecuted in Ethiopia.

In the Tigray region on many occasions rallies by Tigrayan women were banned but it was not by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed or President Isaias Afwerki but by the TPLF led authorities in Mekelle.

Brana Press reported http://www.branapress.com/2019/10/18/tp ... kele-city/ on how the TPLF banned a rally by Tigrayan women trying to draw attention to the serious problem of rape and other such horrors in the region.

Tigray People Libration Front (TPLF) blocked the rally called by the residents of Mekelle city against the serious rape challenges women in the region are facing.

One of the top official in the TPLF raped over 50 girls and married women in different villages, the protesters claim.

The case has been addressed two weeks ago in one of the city in the region where angry residents made a sudden street protest saying they need justice.

However, the region’s administration did not take any measure on the suspect and that aggravate the anger in the region’s capital city.

The residents of Mekelle were planning and organizing the protest rally for the coming Sunday but banned by the TPLF gangs who are hiding there for two years, Abreha Desta, Arena Party leader says on his latest Facebook post.

Anyone who understands how the American regime and the globalist forces work generally, knows, that they regularly project onto others that which is true about them. The same US Congress who demands Ethiopia and Eritrea leave Tigray is the same one who uses tax payer dollars http://thebullelephant.com/congressiona ... 1997-2017/ to buy the silence of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and rape victims. When you think about it of course, the alliance between the American regime and the TPLF makes a lot more sense, as birds of a feather flock together.

In attempts to try to make the Ethiopian and Eritrean states look like barbaric monsters, the American regime and the globalists let it out as to what they think of ordinary Tigrayans. There was reports by TPLF sources of an alleged massacre in the ancient city of Axum. On the day after the alleged massacre occurred thousands of Coptic Orthodox believers in the same Church where this alleged massacre happened were celebrating an annual festival. The footage from that Church showed no indications of even blood on the ground.

While in reality the evidence points to nothing having actually happened, praise God, the system still pushes it and with this footage being out there, the system is showing they think Tigrayans are just savage animals with no humanity. How could a community not even a day after a horrific alleged massacre just move on and not mourn in the slightest?

The regime was caught using footage from the TPLF instigated 1998-2000 border war with Eritrea to try to support their claims of an alleged massacre in Axum.

The Ethiopia Eritrea border war footage was used to try to concoct claims of an alleged massacre in Axum.

The sloppy liars of the American regime didn’t think using this footage would see them get caught lying.

This would be far from the last time that the propaganda machine of the American regime and the globalist forces generally would get caught using photos and footage from other events trying to make it look like Ethiopian and Eritrean barbaric actions. Major media liar Martin Plaut was caught using pictures of “Israeli” white phosphorous bombs being used and claiming it was Ethiopian and Eritrean forces using them.

Screenshots credit to @NoRoom4FakeNews on Twitter.

The TPLF media has been caught using the same debunked photos from other events as well but they changed it when they were caught.

Unfortunately for Martin Plaut though a major old tweet of his resurfaced and he admitted he lies sometimes to advance his agenda as the end justifies the means. He at least admits what the globalists in reality believe.

EU Commissioner for International Partnerships Jutta Urpilainen, used to be the Finance Minister of Finland, and for most of the time she was in that portfolio, Finland was in recession, her record in politics generally is horrible.

However, with that being said about one of Finland’s worst Finance Ministers, she did have a moment of honesty recently when she was speaking about Ethiopia and what the EU and the globalists generally seek. She said that the US and EU are waiting for the withdrawal of Ethiopian troops to happen. It goes without saying, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed never announced Ethiopia would withdrawal from an Ethiopian region.

Now we get to the important question as to why Ethiopia and Eritrea are being targeted in such a vicious way by the American regime and the globalists generally.

It does not benefit the powers that be for Ethiopia and Eritrea to be at peace with each other as that unlocks huge new opportunities for the Horn of Africa and for the development of both countries. They seek to collapse the developing world causing migrants to flee to the West and to keep them as a permanent under class to be used against the native peoples of the West.

Furthermore Abiy Ahmed is moving towards building an Ethiopia without aid and instead building up the national economy and its infrastructure on its own. For example the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) was funded through the patriotic bonds, and when finished it is going to address a lot of the electricity shortages that Ethiopia faces.

Abiy Ahmed is independent of the globalist system but President Isaias Afwerki has consistently been an immensely bigger thorn in the side of the globalists and with his continued refusal to take any vaccines in, https://redpilledreality.com/is-the-wes ... -vaccines/ the system decided they have to destroy him and destroy Eritrea. But they are conflicted as to how to try to get rid of him, because international sanctions failed, assassination attempts are unlikely to succeed, so they figure for now at least assassinate his character.

The fact the American regime and the globalists are lying about another conflict and trying to destroy independent countries is not a shock at all, it is just important to expose the lies for what they are, as we share the same enemy as Ethiopia and Eritrea. The attempts by the enemy to destroy Ethiopia and Eritrea are a dead end and it will fail.
