In a new political and security development, the First Deputy Chairman of the Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Rapid Support Forces, Lieutenant-General Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo, revealed restlessness among the security and military services and dereliction in performing their duties, for fear of being targeted, in a clear and explicit reference to the arrest and imprisonment of some soldiers against the background of accusing them of killing Protesters on the 29th of last Ramadan.

Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo confirmed that he was the only person in the security committee who objected to the plans of the former regime’s employees, and added: “I was the only person who objected to their plans. arresting him and placing him under house arrest.”

The commander of the Rapid Support Forces questioned his guilt so that he could be demonized and belittled, noting in his speech that: “These see leadership positions exclusively on certain parties and certain people.” He stressed that they were all together to break up the sit-in, and that he was the reason not to disperse it and support the people. Now he is the enemy of the people.

Daglo continues to say that they want to limit his role to fighting in Al-Khala, and said, “My role was limited to being a fighter in Al-Khala. I fight the people of Al-Helou and Manawi Jibril, but we are not going to be deceived again.” It was only the arrest of ousted President Omar al-Bashir, and his incarceration, and Dagalo revealed discontent among the security and military services about performing their duties for fear of being targeted.

The Rapid Support Commander confirmed that the peace agreement will be implemented, and that security arrangements will also be implemented within the coming days, describing the economic, social, political and security conditions as turbulent, and accusing the intellectuals of leading a campaign of racism and demonization of some.
On the other hand, the governor of the Darfur region and the head of the Sudan Liberation Army Movement, Minni Arko Minawi, confirmed that they would not return to war again, referring to parties in the government that want them to fight among themselves, and also work to disrupt peace, and Minawi added that the intentions of these parties are for the armed movements to fight among them.

During his speech at Mubarak Nimeiri’s eulogy, Minawi explained: “There are people who say peace is not complete without the arrival of the sweet, and after its arrival they want us to fight the sweet,” and he emphasized, “We will not fight the sweet or anything else.”

The governor of the Darfur region revealed new details about the assassination of the leader of the movement, "Mubarak Nimeiri", and said that he was ambushed on his way back to the city of El Fasher, noting that he was able to bypass the ambush and leave the site of the first accident, and that the armed group that was on a motorcycle followed him, and shot him from behind.
In his speech during Nimeiri's funeral yesterday, Friday, Minawi revealed the arrest of a number of suspects, adding that the security services are conducting investigations to reach all the perpetrators and prosecute them.

In the speech of the governor of the Darfur region, he confirmed that he has many tasks awaiting him as governor of the region, including securing the lives of citizens, their markets, and the ways they cross, and stressed the need to form a joint force to protect civilians in the Darfur region, and appealed to the people of Darfur of the need for reconciliation and acceptance of the other to support peaceful coexistence, Minawi ruled out their return to war again, saying: “We will not fight each other, and we will support peace despite its rejection by parties in the government.” Manawi Al-Helou, Abdul Wahed, Mansour Arbab, and Al-Reeh Mahmoud demanded to catch up with peace, and continued, saying: "This peace came at a high price, in people who showed their support for peace, and secretly they opposed it, but Hemeti insisted on achieving peace and played a major role in it."

Journalist and political analyst Abdullah Adam Khater told Al-Jarida that no matter what transgressions occurred in the current stage, the parties to peace, including the leaders of the various tracks, and the deputy head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, it is inevitable that they rise and bear the burdens of the current stage, and that they work On overriding exceptions according to constitutional principles and the rule of law in particular, he added: “Therefore, the path towards peace has now become clear, and the international community supports peace in Sudan, and the economic path is the only salvation for Sudan’s future, and there is no return to war and conflict, nor is there a return to any exceptional measures nor a return to the former rule “.
The "Monte Caro" website revealed the escalation of tension and disputes between the leaders of the military component, and the website said on its electronic platforms that the rapid support commander had mobilized forty armored pieces in Khartoum, and that the rapid support forces had raised the pace of their combat readiness inside the national capital in all its sub-camps.

According to "Monte Caro", Hemedti has repositioned about forty armored pieces and armored Hummers from his sub-units in the headquarters of his forces east of Khartoum Airport (the former headquarters of the security service) in preparation for an emergency.
The newspaper was not able to confirm the source of the Rapid Support Forces, as the official spokesman did not respond to its repeated calls.

And the "Monte Caro" news website revealed that the General Command of the Armed Forces put all the seven regions of the capital under 100% readiness and added: "Monte Caro learned that Lieutenant-General Muhammad Othman Al-Hussein visited the armored corps at dawn today (Friday) in the tree and confirmed himself of combat readiness. Lieutenant-General Issam Karrar, Chief of Staff of the Land Forces, spent last night in direct contact with the units, and until writing this report, he is still in the Armored Corps in the tree, and he has completed all the weapons units himself, in the absence of the unit commander, Major General Ahmed Abboud, due to his recent infection with the corona, and they calculated To engage in a confrontation, you may need an advanced leadership that may not be commensurate with the size of the second commander, Brigadier General Ayoub Ayoub Abdul Qader Muhammad Mustafa, who is believed to be closely related to the Commander of Rapid Support, Lieutenant-General Hemedti.”
And Monte Caro agency continued saying that an official meeting had brought together Lieutenant-General Karrar with Brigadier General Ayoub and Lieutenant-Colonel Mudassir Msawi, commander of the radio armored vehicles, in order to tighten control over matters. Journalist Abdel Moneim Suleiman denied this information, stressing that the plan of the remnants of the former regime and its media arms is based on creating differences and problems between the army and the Rapid Support Forces.

Monem Suleiman said on his Facebook page: “The people’s armed forces are united with all its factions, and there is no truth to the existence of tensions between the army and the Rapid Support Forces, and any movements of any military forces or mechanisms inside Khartoum are carried out in full coordination between the forces and with the knowledge of the army leadership, the armed forces, including the support forces. Al-Sorayai stands as an impenetrable dam against any sabotage or coup attempt or any military adventure that the former regime’s custodians are trying to carry out.

And according to the Al-Sudani newspaper website, which quoted Brigadier General Abu Haja, advisor to the first team, Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, as saying: “After the failure of the plan to create chaos in yesterday’s processions, which went out in a peaceful way and was praised by everyone, some are now trying to create strife and spread rumors among the military and security components, Which works with all professionalism and full coordination among them.” The newspaper added, quoting Al-Burhan’s advisor, Brigadier General Abu Haja, that the army and the rapid support work in perfect harmony, and what was reported by some websites and circulated on social media that there are differences between the army and the rapid support is unfounded.” .
Dr. Amira Kabus had announced on behalf of the families of the martyrs at the Iftar of the 29th of Ramadan at the General Command, saying: “It is from the historical responsibility that falls on them, in the Organization of the Families of the Martyrs of the December Revolution, and at this historical juncture we point the fingers of our accusation today in front of you and the whole world clearly. Without equivocation, based on the evidence, scenes and evidence that appeared before, during and after the dispersal of the sit-in, we accuse Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, his brother Abdel Rahim and the Rapid Support Forces, of carrying out and perpetrating the crime of dispersing the sit-in, in which they killed and burned and spread corruption and destruction.
