Come on halafi, you are better than that.
The alleged landscape of the planet Mars in the clip which you shared looks similar to that of tembien landscape and some may say.. Hey! oh ya that's tembien and the video was shot there. Hehe... Just kidding.
Ok... Ok.. We also have similar barren lands in some parts of Eritrea as well. Therefore, it ain't an issue.
But seriously though, where is your source? Come on!
Man! Had the news were real, it would have been marked or rated as the breaking news of the century or millennium. All worldwide mass medias would have solely concentrated on it for days and weeks.
I believe it is a Photoshopped clip by UFO fan or fans.

According to the news, uncle sam is secretly grooming dr. Tedros adhanom to be the defacto tigray leader while they know he is one of the higher echelon of the defeated weyanne leaders but has large constituency in tigray and according to the news, they want him to consolidate with the defacto TDF head getachew reda who is in the field and approach them in order for them to facilitate a ceasefire accord and subsequently a negotiation to take place between the 2 warring parties.
