Just as they did champion a DAM fill rate of 5bcm a year; a 14 year slow fill rate that would have killed the dam, they will soon champion an isolationist stance that would render ethiopia a pariah state.
Rather than confess their corruption of a totally failed transition they would jump on the bandwagon of afrocentrism and patriotism...as patterned by the pariah state north of us!
