I am not sure if many people appreciate the meaning of data well.This eables the country to receive data for both civilian and security purposes.
If you have data, then you can have many things. Data is valueless, provided that you can extract the required information. Information is the precious element in all of it. You have to drive the information from the data (raw data). Information empowers. If you have information then you can extract the even more precious knowledge by adding context and other dimensions to the information.
Knowledge can change the world, and it has changed the world so far. Those who have knowledge rule over the world. Still knowledge is not the ultimatum in the chain, it is wisdom that makes the king of the world.
