Of course it is! Nation and nationalities with a culture of discussion built it, less the amhara/gurage urban parasites. Why did it lose momentum? Because the amhara/gurage idiot parasites are back at doing what they know how to do best! Seed chaos based on a political agenda that only is valid in their psychotic minds.
Few things he forgot to mention...power export and horticulture initiatives!
Many things can happen when amhara/gurage parasites and their servant Abiy know their place! Will it last? Not with amhara/gurage attention seeking Abiy is on the helm! As he slowed down our energy compititivness, he will slow down everything and kill it off with his childish exhibitionism.
