As I said some weeks ago, this is an article written Abrham Seye in Boston and Waal in Tufts school of diplomacy - two friends.

I liked how he closed his article, but if it is a problem then it has to have a solution. If it doesnt, then it isnt a problem to begin with.

The axis of evil is a triangle made-up of three people with monumental egos. Putting one out of commission will shake the solution to the front! Missing is the political will to act!

There's no obvious solution: it's a problem from hell.
