Calling for 'presence of foreign forces' is indication that any other way is futile. However, I doubt if it is actionable!
I insist that the axis of evil is made-up of three persons (abiy-isayas, birhanu) with extraterrestrial megalomania with abiy being the more malleable one. it would be timely and efficient to pull the rug out of one them!

I see the meeting differently than the guys here implied. Isayes was in control. A night before the Ethiopian parliament declared TPLF and the OLF Shene terrorist organizations. That clears up a lot of things. I think the meeting has gone smoothly.
