ኣብ ትግራይ፡ ካብ ወርሒ ለካቲት ክሳብ ግንቦት፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ 133 ደቂ ኣንስትዮን ክልተ ደቂ ተባዕትዮን: ጾታዊ ዓመጽ ተፈጺሙ።

መተሓባበሪት ፕሮጀክት ፈንድ ስነ ህዝቢ ቤት ጽሕፈት ማሕበር ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ትግራይ ወይዘሮ ለታይ ተስፋይ ንቢቢሲ ኣብ ዝሃበቶ ሓበሬታ፡ ጾታዊ ዓመጽ ሓዊሱ ኣብ ልዕሊ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ዝፍጸሙ ዘቤታዊ ጥቕዓታት ይውስኹ ኣለው ኢላ።

ብፍላይ ድሕሪ እቲ ዝርግሐ ኮሮናቫይረስ ንምክልኻል ዝወጽአ ኣዋጅ፡ ኩሎም ዓይነታት ጾታዊ በደላት አዐርዮም ከም ዝወሰኹ ገሊጻ።

ኣብ ዝሓለፉ ሰለስተ ኣዋርሕ ካብ ዝተፈጸሙ ዓመጻት ኣገዲድካ ምድፋር፡ ኣብዚ ሰሙን ኣብ ልዕሊ ጓል ሰለስተ ዓመትን ትሸዓተ ወርሕን ህጻን ዝተፈጸመ ዝነኣሰ ዕድመ ኮይኑ፡ እቲ ዝዓበየ ዕድመ ድማ 25 እዩ።

ጾታዊ ዓመጽ ዝተፈጸሞም ደቂ ተባዕትዮ ድማ ኣብ ክሊ ዕድመ 12ን 13ን ዝርከቡ እዮም።

ብተመሳሳሊ ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ዓመት፡ ልዕሊ 560 ጾታዊ ዓመጽ ዝተፈጸመን ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ናብ ማእከላት ሕክምና ምምጽአን እትገልጽ ወይዘሮ ለታይ፡ ካብ ጓል ሸሞንተ ወርሒ ህጻን ክሳብ ጓል 90 ዓመት ወላዲት ግዳያት ከም ዝኾና ሓቢራ።

ነቲ ግልጋሎት ንምርካብ ዝመጽኣ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ፡ ዝወስደለን ግዘን ጉልበትን ንምንካይ፡ ማሕበር ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ምስ UNFPA ብምትሕብባር 'ኣገልግሎት ሓደ ማእከል' ኣጣይሶም፡ ካብ ዝሓለፈ ወርሒ ለካቲት ጀሚሩ፡ ኣገልግሎት ኣብ ምሃብ ይርከብ።

እዚ ማእከል፡

ብፍላይ ኣገዲድካ ምድፋር ዝበጽሐን ደቂ ኣንስትዮ፡ ናይ ፖሊስ፣ ፍትሒ፣ ጥዕናን ምትሕብባርን ስራሕቲ ዘጠቓለለ ኣገልግሎት ንክረኽባ፡ እቶም ክኢላታት ኣብ ሓደ ማእከል ኮይኖም ናይታ ጥቕዓት ዝበጻሓ ጓል ኣንስተይቲ ቃል ዝቕበሉ፥ ግልጋሎት ሕክምና ዝህቡሉን ክሲ ዝምስረተሉን ዝምረሐሉ ስርዓት ኮይኑ ከም ኣድላይነቱ ተወሳኺ ግልጋሎት ዝደልያ እንትህልዋ ድማ ናብ ዝድለ ቦታ ዝለኣኻሉ ማእከል እዩ

ብተወሳኺ፡ ስነ ልቦናዊ ሕክምና ንዘድልየን ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ድማ፡ ኣብ ከተማ መቐለ ኣብ ዝርከብ እፎይታ መሐብሐቢ ማእከል ግልጋሎት ምሕዋይ ክረኽባ ከም ዝግበር ትገልጽ።

ንሕክምና ካብ ዝተፈላለየ ከባቢታት ትግራይ ንናይ ሕጊ ምርመራ (Forensic) ናብ ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ዓይደር ዝመጽኣ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ፡ ናይ መጓዓዝያ፣ ምግብን መደቀስን ወጻኢታተን ባዕለን እየን ዝሽፍና፡፡

እቲ ውጽኢት ንምርካብ ድማ ሰለስተ መዓልቲ ይወስድ።

እፎይታ መሐብሐቢ ማእከል

ወይዘሮ ሰላማዊት ቅጣው፡ ኣብ እፎይታ መሐብሐቢ ማእከል መተሓባበሪት እያ፡፡

እቲ ትካል ካብ ዝተኸፈተሉ 2011 ዓ/ም ጀሚሩ ካብ ጓል ክልተ ዓመትን ፈረቓን ክሳብ ሰብዓን ክልተን ዕድሚአን ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ኣብቲ ማእከል ናብያ እያ፡፡

ኣብዚ ሰዓት ኣርባዕተ ህጻናት ዝርከበአን ጠቕላላ 34 ተገልገልቲ ኣለዋ፡፡ ጥቕዓት በጺሑወን ካብ ዝመጽኣ፡ እታ ዝነኣሰት ኣርባዕተ ዓመትን ፈረቓን ዝለዓለት ድማ 35 እየን፡፡ ቅድሚ ሓደ ወርሒ ግና፡ ጓል 72 ዓመት እኖ ነይረናና

ወይዘሮ ሰላማዊት ቅጣው፡ ኣብ እፎይታ መሐብሐቢ ማእከል መተሓባበሪት እያ፡፡

ብመውቃዕቲ ዝመጽኣ ሰለስተ ጥራይ እየን፡፡ ዝተረፋ ግን ጾታዊ ጥቕዓት ዝተፈጸመን እየን። እዚ ማለት ብቤተሰብ፥ ጎረቤት፥ መምህራን፥ ሰብኣይ ኣዶ፥ ኣቦ፥ ሓውን ዘይፈልጠኦም ሰባትን ጾታዊ ዓመጽ ዝተፈጸመን እየን

ክትብል ድማ ትገልጽ።

ካብአተን፡ እተን 86 ሚኢታዊት ትሕቲ 18 ዓመት ዝኾና ህጻውንቲ ከም ዝኾና ትገልጽ። ካብዚአን ድማ እተን ዝበዝሓ ካብ 4 ዓመት ክሳብ 11 ዓመት ዝዕድሚአን እየን፡፡

ኣብቲ ማእከል፡ ድሕሪ እቲ ዝበጽሐን ዓመጽ ዝጠነሳን ኣብ ደመን ኤችኣይቪ ኤድስ ዘለወንን ደቂ ኣንስትዮ'ውን ኣለዋ፡፡

እቲ ማእከል፡ ናይ ዓቕሚ ሕጽረት ስለ ዘለዎ፡ ካብ ኣባላት ቤተሰበን ንዝጠነሳ ቀዳምነት ሂቡ ከም ዝከናኸን ወይዘሮ ሰላማዊት ትገልጽ፡፡

ደቀን ክዕብያ ንዘይክእላ ድማ፡ ኣብ ከም መሐብሐቢ ማእከላት ፍሬምናጦስ፣ ሎላ፣ ኤስኦኤስን ካልኦትን ዝበሉ ህጻናት ዘዕብዪ ትካላት ክኣትዉሉ ዝኽእሉ መገዲታት ከም ዝፈጥራ ተብርህ፡፡

ተመልሚለን ናብ እፎይታ መሐብሐቢ ዝመጽኣ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ፡ ውሕስነአን ተሓልዩ፡ ግልጋሎት ምኽሪ፣ ክትትል ሕጊ፣ ምህናጽ ዓቕምን ማሕበራዊ ርክብን፣ ናይ ዝተፈላለዩ ሞያታት ስልጠናን ቴኳንዶን ክረኽባ ከም ዝግበር እታ መተሓባበሪት ተዛሪባ።

ኣብ መወዳእታ ድማ ዝተፈላለዩ ሓገዛት ብምግባር፡ ንርእሰን ዝኽእላሉ ባይታ ክመቻቸ ከም ዝሰርሑ ትገልጽ።

ጾታዊ ጥቕዓት ዝበጽሐን ደቂ ኣንስትዮ፡ ናይ ምክንኻንን ምሕካምን ከይዲ ቀሊል ከም ዘይኮነ እትገልጽ ወይዘሮ ሰላማዊት

UN: 'refer conflict-related sexual violence to ICC'

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has recommended the Security Council to refer cases of conflict-related sexual violence in a number of countries to the International Criminal Court (ICC). The countries in question include six members of the Arab League: Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, Libya and Somalia.

The UN chief made the recommendation in his annual report presented during an online meeting of the council by Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict, Pramila Patten. She added that "sexual violence with a level of cruelty behind comprehension" has occurred in Ethiopia's Tigray Region. In her testimony to the council members, Patten pointed out that, "Healthcare workers in the region are documenting new cases of rape and gang rape daily."

Clashes erupted in the region in early November between the Federal Army and the Tigray People's Liberation Front, the former local ruling party. Addis Ababa announced on 28 November that the "law enforcement" operation had ended with the federal government controlling the entire region.

Last month, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed acknowledged that atrocities had been committed against civilians during the Tigray conflict. These included "several" rapes by soldiers. He insisted that those responsible will be held to account.

The UN report for 2020 also documents cases of sexual violence committed by government officials in other countries apart from those Arab League member states, such as Myanmar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mali, Congo, and Afghanistan.

Palestine mission: UK PM's failure to back ICC probe into Israel war crimes 'regrettable'

US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas Greenfield urged the Security Council to "pay attention to deeply disturbing reports" of mass sexual violence in Tigray. "We as a Security Council must address reports of women being forced by military elements to exchange sex for basic commodities, and reports of sexual violence against women and girls in refugee camps."

She added that the international community must establish immediate protection mechanisms, and humanitarian aid, in addition to conducting independent and credible investigations to hold the perpetrators of these crimes accountable. "The same military leaders responsible for a campaign of sexual violence in Rakhine State have now returned to power in Myanmar… The international community must work to ensure that all involved parties are respecting their obligations under international human rights law and international humanitarian law."

Since 25 August 2017, the Myanmar army and Buddhist militias have been responsible for a military campaign against Rohingya Muslims in Rakhine (Arkan Province); brutal massacres have taken place. The army came back to power through a military coup in February. Senior leaders in the country were arrested, including President Win Myint and Chancellor Aung San Suu. According to the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners in Myanmar, anti-coup protests have led to 714 demonstrators being killed by the security forces.
