የኢትዮጵያ ሠራዊት አባላት በትግራይ ክልል ውስጥ በሚገኙ የተለያዩ አካባቢዎች በኢትዮጵያ መከላከያ ሠራዊት ተፈጸሙ የተባሉት የመብት ጥሰቶች ሐሰት ናቸው ሲል ሠራዊቱ ምላሽ ሰጠ።

የኢትዮጵያ መከላከያ ሠራዊት የኢንዶክትሪኔሽን ዋና ዳይሬክተር ሜጀር ጀነራል መሐመድ ተሰማ ለአገር ውስጥ መገናኛ ብዙሃን በሰጡት መግለጫ ላይ እንደተናገሩት "ትግራይ ውስጥ ሠራዊቱ ንጹሃንን ፈጅቷል በሚል የሚናፈሰው ሐሰተኛ ወሬ በህወሓት ተላላኪዎች የተቀነባበረ ነው" ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።

ጨምረውም የመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ በወሰደው እርምጃ "የህወሓት ቡድን ለአንዴና ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ መደመሰሱን" ተናግረው፤ ይሁን እንጂ የቀሩ የቡድኑ አንዳንድ አባላት "የሸፍታነትን ባህሪ ተላበሰው፤ አካባቢዎች በአሳቻ ስፍራ ላይ በሕዝቡ ላይ ዘረፋ፣ እንግልትና ግድያ እየፈፀሙ ናቸው" ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።

በዚህም የተነሳ እነዚህ ታጣቂዎች ሰላማዊ ሰዎችን በመጨፍጨፍ አገርና ሕዝብን ድርጊቱ በመከላከያ ሠራዊት ላይ የተፈፀመ ለማስመሰል የተለያዩ ተግባራትን እየፈጸሙ ነው ብለዋል።

የቢቢሲ 'አፍሪካ አይ' ፕሮግራም ባደረገው ምርመራ በትግራይ ውስጥ ማኅበረ ዴጎ በሚባል ስፍራ በኢትዮጵያ ሠራዊት አባላት ጭፍጨፋ መፈጸሙን የሚያመለክቱ ማስረጃዎች ማግኘቱን ባለፈው ሳምንት ይፋ ማድረጉ ይታወሳል።

በዚህም የተለያዩ ዘዴዎችን በመጠቀም ቢያንስ 15 ወንዶች የተገደሉበትን ትክክለኛውን ቦታ ለመለየት ችሏል።

የታጠቁና የወታደር የደንብ ልብስ የለበሱ ሰዎች ያልታጠቁ ወንዶችን ከአንድ የገደል አፋፍ ላይ በመውሰድ አንዳንዶቹን ላይ በቅርብ ርቀት በመተኮስ አስከሬኖችን ወደ ገደል ገፍተው ሲጨምሩ የሚያሳይ ቪዲዮ በየካቲት ወር መጨረሻ ላይ በማኅበራዊ ሚዲያ ላይ መውጣቱን ተከትሎ ነበር 'አፍሪካ አይ' ምርመራውን ያደረገው።

ቢቢሲ ይህ ድርጊት የተፈጸመው የኢትዮጵያ ሠራዊት የህወሓት ኃይሎችን እየተዋጋ ባለበት ትግራይ ክልል ውስጥ ማኅበረ ዴጎ ከተባለች ከተማ አቅራቢያ መሆኑን አረጋግጧል።

የኢትዮጵያ ሠራዊት ግድያ መፈጸሙን ማስረጃዎች አመለከቱ
በአክሱም የተከሰተው 'በሰብአዊነት ላይ የተፈጸሙ ወንጀል ወይም የጦር ወንጀል ሊሆን ይችላል'-ኢሰመኮ
በወቅቱ ቢቢሲ ያገኛቸውን ማስረጃዎች ለኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት በማቅረብ ምላሽ የጠየቀ ሲሆን መንግሥት "በማኅበራዊ ሚዲያ ላይ የወጡ ነገሮችና ክሶች እንደ ማስረጃ ሊወሰዱ አይችሉም" በማለት "ገለልተኛ ምርመራዎችን ለማካሄድ የትግራይ ክልል ክፍት ነው" ሲል መልስ ሰጥቶ ነበር።

ከዚያ በኋላ ግን በዩናይትድ ኪንግደም የኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ የፌደራል ፖሊስ፣ ጠቅላይ አቃቤ ህግ ምርመራ ለማድረግ ወደ ስፍራው ማቅናታቸውን ገልፆ መግለጫ አውጥቷል።

ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አህመድም በሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ቀርበው እንደተናገሩት፣ ትግራይ ውስጥ በኢትዮጵያ ሠራዊት ተፈጸሙ ስለተባሉት ጥፋቶች አስፈላጊው ምርመራ ተደርጎ አጥፊዎች በሕግ እንደሚጠየቁ መናገራቸው ይታወሳል።

የኢትዮጵያ መከላከያ ሠራዊት ምን አለ?

ረቡዕ ዕለት በተሰጠው መግለጫ ህወሓት ግድያዎቹን በመፈፀም፣ የቪዲዮ ምስል በማቀናበር የአገሪቱ መከላከያ ሠራዊት የፈፀመው አስመስለው በማሰራጨት ስም ለማጥፋት እንደሞከሩ ሜጀር ጀነራል መሐመድ ተናግረዋል።

በተጨማሪም የመከላከያ የሚዲያ ሥራዎች ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር የሆኑት ብርጋዲየር ጀነራል ኩማ ሚደክሳ በቪዲዮው ላይ ዝርዝር ማብራሪያን ሰጥተዋል።

በዚህም መሠረት በቪዲዮው ላይ የሚታዩት የሠራዊቱን የደንብ ልብስ ቢለብሱም አባላት እንዳልሆኑ ገልጸው፤ የደንብ ልብሱ በህወሓት ኃይሎች መዘረፉን ተናግረዋል።

ለዚህም ለሠራዊቱ የሚሰጠው ልብስ ለእያንዳንዱ በልኩ የቀረበ ሲሆን በቪዲዮው ላይ የሚታዩት ግን ከልካቸው በላይ የሆነ የደንብ ልብስ በመልበሳቸው እጃቸው ላይ እንደሚያስታውቅ እንዲሁም በወገብ ላይ የያዙት ትጥቅ የሠራዊቱ አባላት እንዳልሆነ ተናግረዋል።

ዳይሬክተሩ "ቪዲዮው ሦስት የተለያዩ ምስሎችንና ቦታዎችን በማቀናበር የቀረበ ሐሰተኛ ምሰል ነው" በማለት ቪዲዮዎቹ በካሜራና በሞባይል ተቀርጾ የተለያዩ ቦታዎችን እንደሚያመለክት ገልጸዋል።

የመጀመሪያው ቪዲዮ በካሜራ የተቀረጸ ሲሆን የሚታየው ስፍራ ከሁለተኛው ቪዲዮ የተለየ ነው በማለት ልዩነቱ ሜዳማና ገደላማ መሆናቸውን ጠቁመው ሦስተኛው ቪዲዮ አስከሬን የሚታይበት እንደሆነና ይህ ቪዲዮ በሞባይል የተቀረጸ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል።

ብርጋዲየር ጀነራል ኩማ በቪዲዮዎቹ ላይ የሚታዩ ዝርዝሮችን በማንሳት የተሰራጩት ምስሎት በተለያዩ መሳሪያዎችና ቦታዎች ሆን ተብለው ተዘጋጅተው የተቀረጹና ሐሰተኛ መሆናቸውን ተናግረዋል።

ጨምረውም የአገሪቱ የመከላከያ ሠራዊት ጥብቅ የዕዝ ሰንሰለት ያለውና ቁጥጥር የሚደረግበት በመሆኑ እያንዳንዱ ክስተት ስለሚታወቅ እንዲህ አይነቱን ወንጀል አይፈጽምም ሲሉ አስተባብለዋል።

ሜጀር ጀነራል መሐመድ ተሰማም እነዚህ የተቀናበሩ ቪዲዮዎች "በህወሓት ተላላኪዎች በውሸት ተቀናብሮ ሕዝብን ለማደናገር የተሰሩ ናቸው" በማለት ሠራዊቱ ድርጊቱን እንዳልፈጸመ ተናግረዋል።

አክለውም የአገር መከላከያ ሠራዊት በሥነ ምግባር የተገነባ ሕዝባዊ መሰረት ያለው በመሆኑ እንዲህ አይነቱን ሕዝብን የሚጎዳ ተግባር አይፈጽምም ብለዋል።

ትግራይ ውስጥ ግጭቱ የተቀሰቀሰው ጥቅምት 24/2013 ዓ.ም የህወሓት ኃይሎች በመንግሥት ጦር ላይ ጥቃት መፈጸማቸውን ተከትሎ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ ወታደራዊ እርምጃ እንዲወሰድ ካዘዙ በኋላ ነበር።

በትግራይ ክልል ውስጥ በተካሄደው ወታደራዊ ግጭት ሳቢያ ምን ያህል ሰዎች እንደሞቱ የሚታወቅ ነገር ባይኖርም አሃዙ በበርካታ ሺዎች ሊሆን እንደሚችል የበጎ አድራጎት ድርጅቶች ይናገራሉ።

ከዚህ ባሻገርም በግጭቱ ውስጥ ተሳታፊ በሆኑ ኃይሎች ግድያዎች፣ ጾታዊ ጥቃቶች፣ የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰቶች፣ ዘረፋና የንብረት ውድመቶች መፈጸማቸውን የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽንና የተለያዩ ዓለም አቀፍ ተቋማት ባወጧቸው ሪፖርቶች ላይ አመልከተዋል።

በተጨማሪም የትግራይ ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር እንዳለው በግጭቱ ሳቢያ ከሁለት ሚሊዮን ሰዎች በላይ ለመፈናቀል የተዳረጉ ሲሆን፤ ከአራት ሚሊዮን በላይ የሚሆኑት ደግሞ የሰብአዊ እርዳታ ድጋፍ የሚያስፈልጋቸው ናቸው።
