He will start to bark once Ethiopia starts to defend itself. It is becoming more clear where the EU and US are standing. Egypt and Sudan are in the final stage of the prep for an all out invasion. The west will swiftly condemn Ethiopia when they see that the invaders are turned to ashes when Ethiopia takes defensive measure.
