Even the journalist was not aware of the rule, and you could see how he found it hard to believe that such discrimination is going on in Ethiopia.

Let is face it, you and these kind of elites are brain washed; you don't have the same mentality with the rest of majority Ethiopians.
You don't get the gravity of the stress and threat TPLF brought on Ethiopians in general. For you and the Baytona's TPLF is an ordinary state government. That's far from the truth.
Frankly, for better or worse, I admit, most Ethiopians thinking have merged with the crude mentality of Isaias/Eritrea towards TPLF.
Sad to accept but, if you ask me, PIA can win an election if he runs in Ethiopia today as a President. The fact is folks like Ledetu, Dr. Gelawdios and Prof. Ezekiel Gebissa are very few and rare among us. These guys have self contradicted themselves too many times, not trustworthy anymore therefore, are considered irrelevant actors.
Having said that, TPLF is responsible for bringing all the atrocities towards Tigrayans.
You can keep doing "Monday evening quarterbacking" about the war; that's what Baytona is doing. It won't change the life threatening situation TPLF brought on Ethiopians; the big stick against them was a necessary evil.
