Is there any chance Sudan & Egypt could bomb the GERD. Any impact on down stream countries?

I think Ethiopia and Sudan could go to war soon. My concern is Egypt is involved in this to happen, my instinct. If Egypt to Bomb the dam through Sudan, would it be possible Sudan and countries down stream be flooded or the dam is still insignificant with such effect due to the early stage of filling. Any expertise on this well come!
