Wholesale Economical integration of Amhara region with Addis Ababa Economic grid.

Post by TGAA » 04 Jan 2021, 01:19

The now Amhara region had not fared well during the previous governments because those PanEthiopansit didn’t made a concerted effort to systematically integrate the Amhara region with the center of the Ethiopian economy . The only region that got a lion share of Addis Ababa’s economical dynamics has been the Now Oromia. The leaders of the yore years focuses was the big picture –Ethiopia, so they didn’t see the issue of economical development in terms of ethnic or region . Their calculation was which economical policy was feasible to produce and deliver the best bang with limited resources that was available at the time. That calculus went out of the window when weyanes usurped sate power. The new Oromo overlord’s calculus seems to be the same. The Amhara region or its administration seems to be clueless as to how synergize the Amhara region? It is simple. a wholesale approach of integration of the Amhara region with Addis Ababa economical grid . Take a simple example of Debre Berhan , its economy was quadrupled in less than six years . Create attractive investment conditions for Addis Ababa investors. Unlike other regions where people live in uncertain business environment, give guarantee to those who are willing to invest their hard earned money in Amhara region. The Amhara Bank that is in the offing can play a good roll in making a bridge between Addis Ababa economic power houses and Amhara region. The old days of trading only Gojam Teff to Addis has to be coupled with a new dotted cities along the way to Amhara region to the north east and to north west to attract Addis Ababa tourist as it is happening to Bushoftu (Deberziet ) and Adama ( Nazrit ) . In Addis Ababa also Amhara region has to open up a cultural center to showcase the biodiversity of Amhara region and its multicultural assets . Whatever kind of economical activity is newly established in Addis Ababa by Oromo Administration Amhara region also has to have equal representation in Addis Ababa. So far the Amhara region Administration is not doing anything close to that commensurate with its demographic representation . They need to start walking up and be a partner with their Oromo Ethiopians. However if you they don’t demand what is theirs they will remain the proverbial camel--- [deleted] . They have to will it to earn it .

Two fallacies even in this one paragraph note.
1. There is no Amhara ethnic line to claim that region is native to it. Amhara (mixed) belongs to everywhere with no particular belonging to the Amhara region, a native region for Cushitic people.
2. That part of the globe is naturally deprived of potential to develop.
Sorry but it is fact.

Let me give you two crisp answers before you go to doze.
Its just three weeks a go Amharas routed out Weyanes reclaiming welkite and Tegene as a land of Amharas . According to your fallacious jamboree there is no Amhara Ethnic line .... so you are asserting Amharas don't have Ethnic line but they have a land to claim . I lost you buddy.
Have no clue what you mean part of the globe-- you meant part of the country. Pay a visit to that part of the globe cause it has been giving life to countries of Sudan an Egypt ... if the Amhara land can do that how deprived could it be dork? Now go back to your doze.

Investors flock to Addis Ababa since the Amhara regions lack what potential investors are after.

some of the obvious ones are:-

A strong economy with growth potential
Excellent transport connections
Pro-growth city leadership

The attitude and behaviours of a city’s leadership has a significant influence on investor decisions. Political and executive leadership which prioritises investment. Leadership includes the senior management as well as the political leaders of the city. The political leaders of amhara region are backward lot and are the biggest obstacle to attracting diaspora would be amhara investors. shame on them.
