Abiy revealed that the TPLF leaders had retreated to Hagere Selam and that the reason the drones did not exterminate the thugs is because the cowards are using their families as human shield. He said that they are constantly being monitored and cannot escape. If they hear Abiy's speech, I am sure that the thugs will surrender; otherwise they will cooked alive.
