Foreign countries are involved in creating the current brotherly war between Ethiopians.
This is having a bad effect for the economy and livelihood of the people. We thought it was Egypt in the first place. As Engineer Semgnew was assassinated by Abiy Ahmed ali , one could imagine Egypt has been behind the uprisings and strikes of Oromo youth against EPRDF.
Abiy Ahmed could not meet the demands of Egypt - to stop work on the construction of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD).
Abiy Ahmed Ali and his followers become anti-TPLF. TPLF resisted the agenda Aby had and kept re-organizing. Abiy Ahmed Ali signed a peace treaty with Eritrea, which meant preparing war against Tigray and TPLF. We now also Abiy Ahmed Ali and Issayas Afwork were
co-operating with UAE leaders. President Trump has been also on the side of Abiy and Issayas.
Has Abiy ahmed wanted peace and reforms, TPLF was ready to co-operate with their own agenda. A constructive dialogue could ll=have led to democratic changes and as TPLF suggested to democratic united country where ethnic groups will be forbidden to organise under ethnic platform.
To summarize; the current skirmishes in Tigray is the continuation of an agenda from foreign countries to destabilize Ethiopia. Eritrea's support to Abiy ahmed Ali is simply part of the war against Ethiopia as a whole. The aim is to keep Ethiopia underdeveloped and poor. We need to stand on the side of TPLF as it has no foreign agenda.
