1/ Limited resources
2/ No access to border
3/ Limited info
4/ Old leaders ( some would die soon due to life style changes and its impact on health)
5/ success of new Tigray leaders in convincing Tigarus
6/ Mikedras massacre-if independent workup shows TPLF was involved, very risky
How to overcome shortcomings:
Although these could have been done in the last 2-3 yrs, and still the TPLF fighters are intact do the followings:
1/ work with Eritrean oppositions with in the military
2/ work send some of your fighters to the lame Oromia region to teach Gallas how to fight.
3/ Train special fighters who would KO higher PP officials.
4/ Use Beneshangul, Gambella and South NN people
regions for training.
5/ the rest -add your balls

Dummy Agamew
All these were already tried and miserably failed; what makes you think this would work when TPLF is completely dead now when it didn’t work while your beloved Weyane had
The power
The money
The Western backing
The military hardware
The diplomacy upper hand
And border access to outside world in almost all directions
