QorBae here, is hoping on "Baba Museveni" to save his decayed regime.

Just for reminder!

Uganda was the ballerina & a cheerleader, during the sanctions imposed on Eritrea.

Yes brother Zmeselo, we know what Museveni did during the unjustified sanctions against Eritrea. And this ቆርባዕ ዑጉም as you correctly called him tried to mislead some gullible in the form. The truth is there were no "negotiations" planned in the first place or held at any rate. The Ethiopians are there as a planned trip of information to three African countries, of which Uganda was one of them.
For the record, there would never be any negotiations with the bandits of the Horn, and that fact is cemented in concrete. ምሽሙሻት ዓጋመ!
